Our products are the fruit of a collective project of more than
300 agricultural and livestock farmers as well as change makers in the south of Spain,
one of the regions with the highest risk of desertification and depopulation.
Many people are joining us on this mission.
Under the guidance of the AlVelAl association we are committed to
environmental and social restoration spanning more than a million hectares
by regenerating soil, maintaining biodiversity, saving water,
avoiding erosion and capturing CO2 from the atmosphere.

Our mission is to give back hope for a sustained prosperity through environmental and social regeneration in vast and deteriorating territories in the provinces of Granada, Almeria and Murcia.
